Job Summary

The person in this position will have a 3:3 teaching assignment of undergraduate and graduate (MA) courses in the defined area of specialization, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, establish an active program of research involving undergraduate and graduate students, supervise graduate capstone experiences (theses and internships), and engage in university/community service.

Minimum Qualifications

Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from an accredited institution with a strong commitment to teaching, academic research, and service.  

Preferred Qualifications

A background in Health Psychology and/or ability to teach research methods or statistics would be considered advantageous. Ph.D. must be received by the start date.

Salary Range Commensurate with education/experience
